Now the PAC-10 officials come out and admit they missed the call...

The one where Kragthorpe broke the plane per 104.5 ESPN Baton Rouge.

They missed it bad and it was clear to overturn. It really should have been ruled a TD even looking at it live. I am so sick of officials afraid to change a call.
He clearly broke the plane watching it live, it should have been a TD then a review. Both knees were clearly visible in the air with the ball extended.. and this one play cost us the game.

Unlike the NFL, the call is made from the booth review and not by the officials on the field. Was the review official also from the Pac 12? It was so close on the field that a live action call could have gone either way, but the review should have been enough to reverse the field call.

Meaningless. They got the result they wanted. That is all that matters.
Great game, though.

I understand why they didn't overturn during the game. But we all know he broke the line.

Yeah, but we overcame it, took the lead and blew it again. So we also had other big issues. Other than the run game, not much was good for LSU yesterday. That blocked FG did not help us either in the end.

Assuming this isn't a troll....
He was the holder on FG attempt. Fake FG and he got tackled short according to the officials, but he was obviously in.

To try and keep everything "legit".

Nah. Like I said earlier, they got the result they wanted. Why fine the officials for doing what they were paid to do?

Those who need to protect the image of the sport. They know there are still millions of fans that still believe in Santa Claus, and will defend the obvious no matter what. BTW, many LSU fans think you are a "pussy" if you point out the obvious. I like to call them "useful idiots".

Be a good fan, suspend disbelief, and get back to bashing your team and coaches, pussy!

IT was a bad kick - wouldn't have got high enough to clear the bar if nobody had touchéd it.

No troll. I was at work and only got to watch the 4th quarter. The fake FG didn't cross my mind, I was thinking they ran some kind of package with kragthrope on a keeper or something . Imagine my confusion. Thanks sir

Watching it in slow motion, it is 100% physically impossible for one of his knees to have hit the ground before he was fully extended. Then, the freeze frame of the goal line clearly shows the ball broke the plane while he was fully extended. With these two facts combined, it is unbelievable that the call was not overturned during the game.

Krag was holding for a field goal attempt. Ball was at the one with about 10 seconds left in the half. Miles faked it; great call; play worked great, except #18 was slow getting to the hole. Krag had to wait for that block, which made it a close play. He did a nice job sticking the ball over the goal line in the air, but it hit the ground just short.
