1. Upload pic to an online host site like Imgur
2. Copy pic URL
3. Paste pic URL in TD thread
4. Highlight pic URL
5. Click "img" button at right
6. Click "preview" to make sure it's working

dont listen to the technical mumbo jumbo,
Easiest method:
Upload it to your facebook, right click on the picture and click "save picture locaction"
Then just click the "img" button next to the empticons to the right of the text box when writing a new post and paste the link in that box.
Easy.
