measurereserverinfo avast message i can't get rid of

I use Avast and on TD, it blocks a file measureserve.info ...
I've googled this file and it's from Oregon and seems to be some credit spyware.
Two questions:
1) Has anyone had this problem?
ETA: I just reported it as a false pos.
2) Is it a false positive?
