So, the Pelicans can close out 2014 with a bang and take the final two games of the year:

1. Take out a streaking Suns (Currently 8th seed) team tomorrow night. One could make the argument that this game is a critical one. It truely can be season defining.

2. End the year with our 3rd consecutive (3-0) win over a injury-riddled Spurs squad in San Antonio.

We'll then be (17-15) looking forward to Gordon's return. And, we go on our first major winning streak! A 9-game win streak to be exact, finally falling to the Raptors on the road on 18 Jan.

2014-2015 Playoffs or bust...

A little over dramatic but I get your point. I'll be there flapping away. Hopefully we get a nice little crowd.

You're right, these games are crucial. Especially the Suns game. They'll be one of the teams battling for the 8 seed with us.
We have to win home games against everyone consistently, no more moral victories when we lose close games to top-tier teams.
