I found a wolf as well. But she had a shite load of babies. On her back. As you can see, the abdomens look very diff

Negative. Im next to a railroad track that has a lot of high grass. I'm assuming that is where they are coming from.

I'll probably bug bomb the apartment just in case there are any others hiding.

Generally, a wolf spider won't bite (and if so, the bite is mild) unless you f with it. I've held them in my hand, no bite.
