Unless he specifically said gross emissions, it would be obvious to anyone with an ounce of scientific literacy (so, maybe 5% of the population) that he's referring to net emissions.

LINK

The above link talks discusses the benefits of increased atmospheric carbon dioxide to plant growth.

FYI.

WH Science Adviser: Make CO2 Emissions 'Close to Zero If CO2 emissions are driven close to ZERO, what will happen to plants and vegetation? Plants and vegetation use CO2 in the photosynthesis process? Just asking.....

The fact that you believe plants and vegetation depend upon the emissions of cars and coal plants shows the level of ignorance with deniers.

Are you really saying plants and vegetation don't benefit from coal and car produced co2?

Why don't you address this instead of going on rants?!

He was refuting the stupid you agreed with. Of course someone who believes the first woman was made from a man's rib will find it difficult to understand any science past 3rd grade level.

Global warming isn't science; it's economics. You are a jedi master of science, so you won't understand economics.

And you are the master of your domain, only. You master nothing else, obviously.

Poland and other eastern Europe countries have categorically rejected the target put forward by the world’s top climate scientists to reduce carbon emissions to zero by 2100 to avoid dangerous global warming, leaked documents show.

On Sunday, the UN’s Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) said that fossil fuels must be entirely phased out by the end of the century to keep temperatures from rising as high as 5C above pre-industrial levels, a level that would have catastrophic impacts worldwide.

40 percent of the CO2 is not absorbed into the carbon cycle and is left to accumulate and that would not be there if humans werent doing it.

So where is all of this accumulated CO2 that wasn't absorbed into the carbon cycle? Is it hiding?

You must have some serious reading comprehension issues.

Or, you are acting like a serious truth denier, attempting to bury your head in the sand.
