It's a little less than that with tax but I was wondering peoples experience with it. I usually just get stuff from Amazon and I don't remember the last time I payed $60 anyway.

If you don't mind looking through their unorganized mess of a store it seems worth it.
I can't tell you how many times I've seen them have something in stock online and I couldn't find it in store or have a worker find it for me.
If you buy new releases often though it is a no brainer.

Their store drives me crazy. Having worked retail I really appreciate a good clean store and theirs just sucks.

Their Nintendo section is a joke. Also they gave me somebody else's Smash Bundle for the WiiU the day after release, I would have been so pissed if that was my copy.

I'm a huge fan of GCU. Forget the used games discount. Forget the trade in bonus. The 20% off all new games is where it's at. I have saved so much money through this program I feel like I'm stealing. Why shop at Gamestop and deal with their high prices and high-pressure sales tactics when you can buy online from Best Buy at lower prices and at an ADDITIONAL 20% off? The icing on the cake is the rewards points. Most AAA releases net you $10 for pre ordering, and as a GCU member I net double points for every purchase. Combined with the Credit Card rewards bonus I'm netting $5 for every $75 spent, and that's AFTER the $10 pre order bonuses and 20% off.
Basically it comes down to this: GCU is worth the $100. Heck it was worth it back when it was $120. But for the measly $30 asking price they're running right now, you'd have to actually hate money to turn it down. I don't know what else to say.
Stop hating money and buy it people.
