Do stupid things....win stupid prizes. It is amazing how the video just happens to start once the LEO's arrive. They don't show what these two were doing prior to the LEO's arriving.

Also someone should tell this idiot that you do not need PC to reqeust ID. If I am not mistaken, Alabama is similar to Louisiana in that you are bound by law to submit identification upon the request of a LEO.

He also began resisting upon being informed he was under arrest.

He was on private property and I'm sure Walmart called and asked for them to be removed. They refused to leave and they had to be removed...not sure if you were expecting to get cop hating sympathy in here or what?

About 40 people were involved in a peaceful protest. They chanted "No justice, no peace," and "I can't breathe" on the side of the road, then marched through the Walmart parking lot and into the store.

At that point they should have all been arrested for disturbing the peace.

Southhall resisted and struggled with officers who were trying to arrest him. They used a taser to subdue him during the struggle.

He deserved it. I think most of these clowns are trying to become famous. And if you look at the tweet associated with the article, it's clear that's what they're trying to do.

Not sure what gave you that idea. I agree with every word you said.

What did they expect? The LEO asked multiple times for them to leave and then when they get arrested and resist, they act like the cops should just say, "Ok, my bad"?

The first guy deserved arrest for resisting.

I think the second arrest was overboard.

I know you are being sarcastic here....

But you are more correct than you realize, which should scare you.

I don't disagree with him being cuffed temporarily for not responding quick enough. But, he remained calm and cooperative. I think the proper course was for him to get a stern talking to and told to get on his way since he was at his vehicle. He wasn't acting like a criminal that needed to go to jail.

Reasonable suspicion,

Ha. They were given an opportunity to leave. They wanted to debate so they earned a trip to jail.
