Got a new 49" LED Vizio smart tv had everything set up with Netflix and Amazon Prime streaming from through surfer bell in a Wifi which has been running surprisingly smooth. Today however, Netflix and Prime say they are not connected though the TV still shows a good wifi connection. Any ideas on what could be causing the problem and possible solutions? And I have tried the WPS button on the router and that worked when it wasn't seeing the router but now I am at a loss.

ETA: Netflix is still working on Kindle through same wifi.

Well, I am doing a reset of the TV to factory settings and see where that gets me. Seems like a pain in the arse but that's the only possible solution I could find. I will post the results when done.

Seems to have worked but that sucks if I have to do it every 3 days.

Should have just bought the non smart tv and got a roku or chrome cast. Would have saved a ton of money

got a roku

I've got three rokus and can count on one hand the number of times I've had to reboot them in the past three years.

It was a gift so I didn't get to pick it out.

try to update the TV's firmware. The problem may have been discovered and corrected in an updated firmware.
