Lockup fans: where are the best/worst places to be incarcerated?

Based Only on what you know from the series.
Best: Spring, Creek, AK. Spectacular scenery just outside the perimeter. If not for the barbed wire and uncongenial neighbors, it would be a bucket list destination
Runner up: Limon, CO. Fairly new, and doesn't seem to be as gang infested as some prisons.
Worst: Holman, AL, and it's not close. Run down facilities, hot, crowded, and some of the worst inmates.
Runner up: Anywhere in CA. Gangs apparently run everything there, and you can get stabbed for just walking through the wrong area.
Overseas, Belgium is the place to be locked up: Individual rooms-calling them cells doesn't do justice to them. Internet access, weekly conjugal visits, and a generous furlough policy.

Don't remember if this was lockup or another similar show..but the prison in Mexico City looked pretty damn rough. Lots of rats that will take your food. Extremely crowded too
San Quentin and Pelican Bay in CA looked like hell on earth

Got to disagree
The best would be the overseas prison that had the swimming pool and let inmates take one weekend a month to go home. I don't remember which prison it was but it was insanely hospitable.
The US prisons are pretty shitty in general. Most are ran by gangs and the guards/inmate relationship is almost always tense. I've enjoyed seeing the overseas treatment.

That may have been Serbia. IIRC it was pretty swank.
