What goes on during the off season in your Fantasy League?

Pretty close group of a friends in my league. Me and the other commish try and do as much as possible to keep interest and discussion going throughout the off season.
Award Nominations begin tomorrow, following the voting of awards next Sunday.
2 Weeks after that we'll offer up the chance for managers to propose changes to the league (keeper league will be a hot topic again this year, as it failed last year). Then we'll vote on it.
We'll have a random drawing and assign each member a Nascar driver that's in the top 12 of the points cup and then a race will decide the waiver wire priority for the upcoming season.
Divisions will be released via video and then schedules a week later.
We broke out a draft board last year and plan on doing the same or even better

You should do what my league started doing last year. We have 4 divisions of 3.
We have a Division draft where the teams that finish 1-4 draft who they want in their division. We do it through email as a reply all so there is a bunch of shite talking. Nobody wants to be picked 1st in this case haha
