I have a friend who follows recruiting very closely and he says their are several pontential busts in the 2015 class. He says some offers are not up to recent LSU standards. Do you agree or not agree?

RB and DB are the strength as of now.

Hopefully defensive line and WR are a strength by NSD.

It'll be a very good depth class, which sets up well for a potentially great all around '16 class.

I wouldnt call busts as much as I would say not as strong as recent classes.

There's potential busts and potential gems in every class. No one knows exactly how every player will project to the college level. Your friend is an arse.

All we can do is see how LSU finishes, doesn't mean some big ones that make people happy will not be overrated or some pleasant surprises. This happens every year.

I would say just very top heavy.

Teheuma, KTII, Guice, TJ (if we get him), Mack (if we get him), and a few more all have the potential to be a high 1st round pick. Special players if u will.

it's the same strength as always.

db's and skill position (rb, wr, even te)

a top linemen in the entire country, and possible top dt. we need to see the class finish first of all.

Totally depends on how this class finishes. If it stays on par with how it currently sits I'd say it's disappointing, even though there are some potential studs in the current group

Yes potential busts like every class. IMO Teuhema will finish as a top guard or RT, Guice and Ducre both have bright futures. KT could be the best corner we've had since Claiborne, and Lewis looks like he could be a beast at nickel or safety.

OL is something you really can't judge much. Mouton is a FB and Moreau is a TE, so anybody expecting much more than good blocking, is crazy.

Based on their rankings, who could you really look at being a bust here? Either they are lower ranked and just don't pan out, or they are blockers that provide much needed depth and value to the team. I've got two based on rankings of at least 4 star, but that's more because the competition ahead of them looks so good IMO.

You never know how a player will turn out. Some busts and some gems.

It seems like the strength of this class is h-backs and TEs for whatever reason. We need some more O lineman and D lineman.

Looks like one strength will be the quantity of TE signees.

We have one TE. Shipley will be an OT, Mouton will be a FB. The strength when it's all said and done, will be RB, CB, and OL.

The offensive line in this class are kind of ehh in my opinion. Not saying they won't be good, I just don't see a stud tackle. I see two stud guards and an ok right tackle type. Now I could be way wrong. But we need to step up our O line and D line recruiting this year and next.
