Need help with denon 2808ci receiver and sonos box

I was given this system because the FIL upgraded and have no clue how to set it up. I know the house is already wired for everything, but need help setting it up. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I thought the whole point of Sonos was not having to use a receiver or wires.

He might have a SONOS Connect - supplies the music, but requires and amplifier and speakers to connect to. What exactly is the OP needing help with? SONOS is an incredibly easy system and one of those things that just works, provided you have a good internet connection. Can go wireless or wired, as I'm sure you know, wired is always better if its there.
