Sometimes when I've been having trouble going to sleep, I'll go to bed with socks on. I'll toss and turn for a little while never getting comfortable. then I kick my socks off and it's like I'm instantly super comfortable and pass out easily.... I'd never have fallen asleep otherwise.

In the summer my feet get dry in AZ so I may fall asleep with socks to get rid of the callouses I get from only wearing flip-flops in this dry heat but I take them off in the middle of the night.....and yes I pass right out after

I never wear a shirt too bed, its just too uncomfortable. Only times i wear a shirt is when its just freezing cold. But usually i end up taking it off middle of the night when i finally warm up under the covers

I'll slather Vaseline on my feet post shower pre socks in the AM sometimes. Keeps the feet nice and soft :)
