I have silk sheets so I have to have something that keeps me from sliding onto the floor.

Gets all twisted and pulls on you. frick that. Mesh shorts are perfect for sleeping IMO.

I'm in flannel mickey mouse pajamas including long sleeve mickey shirt my 4 year old got me for chrisrmas. She hand picked these Jammies for me and by John I'm going to sleep in them. Just cranked the air down to 67

But I do agree with the op about shirts. A Cami doesn't do that.

Worst ever is passing out in suit, and getting suffocated by your own tie. Wake up with shoes still on, heater blastin, thirsty, and lightly soiled...oleander style.

I fell asleep earlier around 7pm with sweatpants and socks on. Woke up about an hour ago sweating and now can't go back to sleep. Fml.
