We as a fanbase have a propensity to proclaim we have the best all the time. The best OC in the country. The best DC in the country. The best HC in the country. The best strength coach in the country. DBU, WRU etc. the best talent. Some of the best recruits. At what point should it be expected to translate to NC?? Miles did it in 07'. Why cant we expect it again given all these bests?

You did not answer my question though. The defense had a down year when the offense was kicking arse. Should we have moved on from our DC last year because of this?
The way I look at a fanbase. If we aren't a perfect fanbase, how can we expect perfection out of our Staff/Players?

Not sure how old you are but have you agreed 100% with every President we have ever had? If not are you a bad American? Do you want the best in America? Of course you do and will do everything to defend her. Same with me and LSU. Just expect the best in everything. Cause if you dont you wont strive for it. To be great you have to "get over" being good!!!

No body is happy with 8 wins. We just look around the landscape and realize if you want a better coach, it most likely will not happen unless we are prepared to pay out the arse hole. I mean just to the west of us $5 mil is getting you 7 wins

Because people like their team. But if you sit back and look at it. We finished where most outsiders picked us to finish. Because they aren't LSU homers.
