When will intentionally ugly X-mas sweaters go out of style?

Where have you seen these? I tried to find one to wear to an office "ugly christmas sweater" party, but couldn't find one anywhere. I'm pretty sure they went "out of style" long ago, and are now just a retro goof.

I agree. I was just saying this the other day. Now that companies sell ugly sweaters specific to parties the whole thing is pretty watered down.

Are all your hipster friends are in agreement on that? I would guess they would be but at the same time hate that they are not in the dissenting opinion to still seem edgy. Weird double edge sword there.

Exactly. Sure everyone is doing it these days, but it's still a great way to get together, have some laughs at the most tacky costume and share gifts. I hope it never ends
