Those are all awesome! Particularly the versions by singers from back in the day - Sinatra, Dean Martin, Judy Garland, Elvis, etc. ... I'm partial to "Silver Bells"- Johnny Mathis & "Do Ypu Hear What I Hear"- Whitney Houston, which I didn't see on your lists.

Your normal yeoman work.
My personal favorite, and you have it at the fifteenth track on Album One, is Charles Brown's "Please Come Home For Christmas". It is the quintessential period New Orleans sound. To me it is the Holiday counterpoint to the Fat Man's "Blue Monday" which are both each simply perfect pieces of art.
