How many of you old farts used to go ape shite when that thing came in the mail? It was glorious. My mom always had to go to Sears and get extras for us so we wouldn't fight over it.

I feel sad for the younger generations because they'll never know the awesomeness that was the Sears Catalog. It literally had everything a kid would ever want.

I think this is true of a lot of us who grew up with the Sears Catalog, including myself.

This is what we had before the internet. Anything you could possibly want you could find in there. And yes, I remember the "peeking pecker" issue. My mom pointed it out to me.

My brothers and I were always told Santa had some built in cost to make all of those toys, and that we shouldn't expect more than $200 worth of presents. The pages of our Sears catalog was littered with math formulas as we tried to get our wish list as close to $200 as possible. Good times.

JC Penney had the GOAT lingerie section. Many faps took place.

We didn't have TV so it was awesome. Used to spend hours looking through it.

Simple pleasures of days gone by. I used to covet the Sears & Roebuck catalog as a child. Even at ages 5-10, I would get mad if a guest thought it was the appropriate place to sit a glass iced drink. Don't put water rings on our catalog!

I had the Evel Cycle as well. It came with a van and a ramp. Also got Stretch Armstrong and Stretch Monster from that catalog one year.
