With Guice and Brosset coming in. Under CLM, LSU utilizes a 4 back system, and it works very well. IMO, LF will never win a Heisman, nor will any RB for LSU as long as CLM is the coach.

Better chance that Braxton Miller passes for 3000 at LSU next year

I'm a very positive person Bee...just not about the offensive production at LSU

Tomorrow I will not comment on the offense...my gift to you. Merry Christmas!

Have to agree, no one is going to rush for 2,000 yards at LSU. Next year we'll have Darrell Williams, Fournette, Guice, and Brossette. All four-stars or above as freshmen, all brilliant backs.

Something like that.. Maybe 1300. I just want WINS... IMO the more yards he gets the better chance of us winning.....

2000 is a stretch because LSU rotates RBs so much. He would have to get 300 carries. Also with questions on the OL. Barring injury he might get 1500.

If we make the playoffs I can see that happening. 2000/15 = 133 ypg

Exactly. Plus there are other quality running backs that have to get their share of touches and experience.

... I mean , really , do we REALLY care if LSU has a guy that "wins the Heisman" ? or would you prefer a team that wins championships of one kind or another ... both would be great - but Heisman is a popularity / media driven thing now anyway .. spare me the rant on , yeah , but if you got a Heisman guy you get the wins , blah blah .. just don't don't get into the "Heisman Hype " , thats all folks !

If he rushes for 2,000 yds and we make the playoffs, does he win the Heisman?

Agree duke v. Just not Les' style. As great as Hill was in his second season, there were games in which his carries were limited. (OM and UGA come to mind). I think that barring injury, LF will get 1300 or slightly better next season. But there will be 2 or 3 other backs, not to mention QB's and receivers, getting lots of carries.

Yes, he will get the Heisman. He will get the last laugh for that pose against Sam Houston State.

Not surprised the usual suspects are in here bitching even though the guy in question will pass 1000 yards in his true freshman season.

…while simultaneously setting the bar for next year at 2000.
