What is the best property to buy? I know on 360 I had the eclipse towers. Is there anything better?

I live in the $500,000 Eclipse Towers apartment. It's pretty nice but my buddy lives in a different spot that I actually like more than mine and it's cheaper. I'll have to go ask where it is.

The Eclipse Towers is the really expensive one, but you will find that a lot of people spawn there and may run into assholes just waiting to kill you when you walk out.

ETA: I had a guy send me a message calling me a pussy because he was sitting outside of the apartments waiting to attack people when they were walking in or out.
