Remaining 10 Spots Overview

Recruiting gurus... the list below are most of our hot targets left. Most of these guys have LSU listed high, a few are long shots, but you give a spot if they want in. Who do you turn away if we only have 10 spots left? If TE Foster Moreau wants in, how on earth do you accept it with these big fish left...especially at a TE position that is definitely not needed.
The 4 TN guys could be coming together and that would take 4 spots there.

Most likely scenario imo is, Johnson charlot Dillion Jackson Moreau) confident in these then we have a decent shot with Phillips Mack Martin Amadi Lewis weathersby peters

Yeah but people you think are longshots could really be legitimately considering LSU.
Look at Lorenzo Carter...No one would have ever thought we made up that much ground and could have pulled him, even though in the end he signed with UGA. Point is, you never know with recruiting.

I think that we will have a surprise as always. I put Mack on the list, but I'm not real confident. I still think he ends up at either A&M or Texas. Looks like we are probably going to take only two more DB's (Jackson and Martin, unless Dillon is being offered as a DB, then Martin is out). Also, don't be surprised if we pull a LB that not one is talking about. Not Lewis.

i'm really thinking the instability at the DC position is pushing Mack closer to LSU at this point... add the fact that Chavis just re-upped and spurned aTm, and well, i like our chances... would be a huge get...

from what i've heard through the grapevine, yes... but nowadays, you can't make heads or tails about it anymore.... i was told by people VERY close to the situation that Gerald Willis was a fricking lead pipe lock to LSU and he ends up choosing Florida out of the blue... i try to take most of what i hear with a grain of salt when it comes to recruiting now, but when enough people are saying the same things, you start to think a certain way, so...

kinda.... i was saying all over this board that he was as good as a lock in that class, only to look like a fool because it didn't end up with him committing here... i chose to value the words of an 18 year old that much that i was telling everyone he was solid here, but he wasn't... i learned a lot about not coming here to divulge a lot here, nor make any "he's guaranteed to be a lock" sorta comments... that's why i haven't been here much this cycle... i'm still sort licking my wounds from last year...
