Epic Receivers and Struggling QB's.

This may be a dumb question but humor me. How is LSU able to put out such great talent at the position of receiver when it struggles at QB? It just seems like it would be hard to talk great receivers into coming here yet LSU is a machine at turning these guys out.

for the last 6-7 years people keep saying "Miles won't keep getting the talent at the skill positions after a year like this!"
Yet he still does. It's almost like they hope he stops being able to recruit talent.
