Can you play SNES roms easily on it?

I wouldn't say easily, but it can definitely be done. There are several tutorials online here's one). Do you have the Amazon controller? If you don't and you don't have root you'll probably want to get one. If you do have root you can use just about anything; I've got a PS3 controller that I use for games. It took awhile to get the PS3 controller to work but I was too cheap to buy the amazon controller.
