Honestly, I just want new position coaches all over. I'm fine with Payton and Ryan, it's guys like Bill Johnson, McGriff, McMahon who need to gtfo.

People hate on Vitt, and our LBs aren't good, but we haven't given him much to work with. We've brought in two LBs worth a shite and they both worked out(Vilma and Lofton). Outside of those two there hasn't been much to work with besides mid or late round picks and journeyman.

I wish we could rid ourselves of vitt, but he seems like paytons right hand man. Dont think it will happen.

Vitt seems like the least of our worries. I would say OL coach, DB coach, WR coach then ST coach.

Vitt has gotten a lot out of some very marginal talent at LB over the years. And his presence and demeanor was head and shoulders better than Kromer during the Goodell ramrod year.

we havent developed a single lb in the payton era.
