It's not a question of size of pic. It says 'cannot host.' Been that way for years. Have no idea what 'cannot host' means. But thanks for trying. I really miss the good old days when I could control my avi.

Use picresize.com. Maximum 30 KB, 150 x 150 pixels
Then host on Imgur
Unfortunately I'm having trouble with Imgur at the moment, so you'll have to host the pic yourself.
And BTW I hope youl'll revive your practice of paying tribute to the recently departed. It was one of my favorite TD traditions.
