Does the Rec charge a winter break fee

It was like $60 for the summer, so I imagine it's less for the winter.

No clue but I drove by there the other day and there is a ton of construction underway. I would be surprised if it's open this winter.

They did not charge for winter when I use to go, but it's been about 8 years

no, it just has reduced hours, so it is often closed during the winter (though not the whole time)
