few minutes ago (after Bobby & Deke). The host and another sports dude on the phone (that didn't catch names of) were talking about the UM gig eligible/legit candidates and discussion of CLM broke out; the guy on phone said this was CLM dream job (which we knew) and said he would definitely take the job if offered, but has not been at this point. The host said yeah, or would CLM use this as a tool to wrangle more $ from LSU as previously! The phone guy said no, he would definitely jump if offered and would definitely be a consideration since he has won a title and competed successfully on major CFB stage with LSU for many years would be a good hire. The host lamented, I guess so since maybe he has done all he could with LSU, would perhaps he would/should consider moving on if offered! He repeated again, though last time he used it to get more $ from LSU and he didn't blame him for it!
Thought interesting and wondering what CLM fans think of this as basically the drift from the national media outlets?

This is the biggest bullshite. It was in his contract to get a raise for winning the sec and bcs title in 2007. In 2010, he did not receive a raise, he got an extension. He did not use Michigan to leverage anything.

But he did use his buddy at Arkansas to get more money out of LSU.

Let me see if I understand; some un named radio show that comes on after Bobby & Deke(?) whose host and some other un named "dude" were talking about the UM coaching job. This un named duo who named no sources were opining about Les Miles and the Michigan job. An further un named person calls in and gives his opinion also backed up by nothing substantial. And we should give this some degree of credibility? That about right?

Miles at Mich is the same as Chavis at TAM..too late in their careers for the workload involved..
Getting Mich back on par with Ohio St..especially when Michigan lacks Ohio talent..and Mich State back to Duffy-esque heights.
Getting TAM's D on par with Bama, LSU,etc..especially when married to HUNH Off/Sumlin.

Gray it was Colin Cowherd I believe is the show after B&D, and the sports guy on the phone with him I didn't get his name sorry, but he seemed pretty knowledgeable about Mich. job also talked about Harbough going but whenever LSU is mentioned and CLM I generally tune in and that was the discussion simply put; there was no other call in. Still think pretty interesting comments although as said we know CLM is a UM guy but also know he loves it here and has it pretty good. They were simply implying that since CLM is so successful on the big stage would be a good fit to lead UM back to prominence. Yes, is just their opinion and no confirmed sources.
