lovinLSU has it right. 6'7" 260? Cant run over a 5'11" 190lb CB? For reference I turned to a guy next to me and asked, "how much do you weight?", guy next to me, "250lbs". I said, "Im 155, you think I could tackle you?", guy next to me said, "Not a chance." FYI guy next to me never played football and had a beer buzz and a load of nachos in his gorilla fist.

That play cost us the game . We held Atlanta after that turnover then scored again. That would have been 21-20 given we held them and scored again on a long drive. We then held on defense and again and would have only needed to run clock out instead of pressing the pass that eventually got int. Even if you count their fg there we still would have been in position to win at the end. That play truly hurt us so many ways but especially with time

What baffles me is how these refs miss simple crap like forward progress. At least they demoted Phil Luckett

It don't matter. He shouldn't have fumbled and put the game in the refs hands. He played soft all game and looked afraid to get hit.

Yes. While close, it was pretty clear he did.

I also thought he committed offensive pass interference against the 49'ers.

So my opinion matters.

I don't care whether he broke the plane or not!!!! I blame Jimmy Graham!!! He holds on to the ball then we have first and goal at the one inch yard line. We score and possibly or probably win!!!! He demanded to be paid $10 million a year, he needs to show that he deserves it!!!!

That first part is something that no one else is mentioning. If he just goes down without being stood up, we live to fight another day with 4 downs on the one inch yard line. It's the equivalent of a defensive guy who scoops up a fumble and tries to run with it, then fumbles again. Stupid play.

I don't think that line is right. Look at the pylon in the background.

It wasn't close. It was clearly a TD. I can't wait to hear from the head office regarding their review of the play.

It was very close. It was not clear. Take your homer glasses off for a moment.

You really can't blame the guy for fighting for a touchdown. It's football instinct that close to the goal line to fight for the points.

Agree...play should have been whistled dead...NO TD...NO Fumble.

If JG had fallen into the end zone after the whistle with ball control all the Saints nation would be in an Uproar about an early whistle.

The Falcons just played a little better yesterday, resulting in a WIN.

Here's my question :

When is a catch ruled a catch? Doesn't the receiver need 2 feet on the ground? When did JG ever get his second foot down? To me, one could argue it was not a reception. He dropped the ball nearly the time his second foot finally touched.
