Updated Romo stats since breaking his back:

Comp %: 73.4
TDs: 17
INTs: 2
YPA: 8.9
Passer Rating 130.7

Of course the team is 5-1 in those games.

And now on the season he is:
1st in QB rating
1st in completion %
1st in yards/attempt

On a team a lot of people thought might be one of the worst teams in the league after their opener against San Francisco.

He should be right in the middle of the MVP discussion.

bullshite shortbusser! Guys like Peyton Manning and Aaron Rodgers perform well no matter how much of the load they have to carry. Don't get your panties in a bunch just because I don't worship the ground that your beloved Romo walks on.

I agree with that, bur when he's only asked to throw 20-30 times, he's much more efficient. Some quartbacks stink whether they throw 25 times or 50 times.

EDIT: A couple weeks ago Geno Smith was only asked to throw the ball 13 times, and last week Johnny Manziel was only asked to throw the ball 18 times, and that still was too much for them.

1st Qb in NFL history to have 6 games with a passer rating over 135 in a single season?

Antonio Romo

I certainly understand it as well as folks of your ilk.

I agree with this. Did you think I was critizing him? You can't lead the NFL in passing efficiency and not be good.

Wow I never knew his name was Antonio. Just assumed Anthony.

Is that racist?

Also, all these awesome stats from regular season games have really brought home the hardware for Antonio.

How many playoff games has he played in and what is his record in those?

I don't judge players on Super Bowls, because that's incredibly tough to attain, but not having any postseason success whatsoever is a pretty big black eye.

For years Romo had an awful line and no running game, but that didnt stop people from from laying all the criticism on him. Not one time did someone say "Hey, Romo is a great QB with a shitty supporting cast."
