They made a fortune off of coonskin caps with that one.

As a kid I always thought it was weird that Fess Parker was both Davey Crocket and Daniel Boone.

shite, I can't believe I forgot about this. Missed the shorts in the first half hour

Got the DVR set for several of the other shows. Super pumped about this first episode of The Disneyland Story! And I LOVE The Reluctant Dragon, but I don't remember much about the non-cartoon parts.

"Song of the South" is deep Disney vault.

Watching Reluctant Dragon now. Leonard Maltin said that it's weird and wasn't well received. Yay!

Yeah so deep it will never see the light of day again

I would love to see Disney start a Disney Classics Channel and show all the great TV shows and movies that are never shown anymore. There is so much good stuff there that people would enjoy.

Ok. "Reluctant Dragon" is kind of a snore. I don't need to see how the sausage is made. I just want to eat the sausage.

I can see how it was maybe interesting when cartoons were new. Nowadays, this movie would be 5 minutes long and would just show some dude on a computer.

Ok. I've seen this before. That Baby Weems thing looked super familiar. My grandma used to be a Disney freak. I wonder if she had this on VHS.

When you edit all of those Davy Crockett episodes together, that exposition song gets old quick.
