What NFL teams will be looking to draft a QB high in the draft?

Skins - possible, but not likely IMO.
Jets - I think they have to. Geno is not only bad, but also stupid. Take a 10 yard sack on third down that takes your team out of fg range, Lolololol.
Tampa Bay - no doubt
Philly - possible
Texans and Buffalo - they might both stay with what they currently have.
Who else? I'm sure I'm missing someone obvious.

I'm hopeful the Texans will address other needs this draft. I don't see a QB worth taking. I'd rather go for Cam next offseason or hope someone else will emerge to be drafted in that draft.

Being a Skins fan, I hope, if they decide to go in a different direction, they just sign a veteran free agent, or draft a QB in the third round or later that can be developed. I want no part of Winston, not sold on mariota and when they flop, it sets your franchise back again.
