Would I be crazy to start Bell @ CHI over Forte vs DET in PPR?

Normally, Forte is a must start but the matchup and Chicago's QB situation has me thinking Detroit will run away with this one leaving Forte's potential fantasy points to be limited to checkdown passes. If Detroit gets out to an early lead it could mean they run the ball more which would mean lots of carries for bell.
