Didn't know whether to put this on the Tech or Music Board

My grandmother in the 1st pic getting his autograph. She has silver earrings and is bending over the table in front of the cop that's also bent over. I'm not sure of the date but it's probably mid-50's?? It looks like they were in a high school gym-it's in Baton Rouge somewhere...
