Julio vs Saints
Mccoy vs Redskins
PPR.
Mccoy plays today - so I run the risk of having to flex Andre Williams if Julio doesn't go. Also, there is a risk that Julio is a decoy.
Even given that risk, I'm still leaning toward Julio.

The last I read was yes. I am a little worried he will be used as a decoy, though.

Even as a decoy he could go for 100 and a TD on that secondary. If he's active, you gotta play him.

He hasnt practiced in two weeks and already missed one game. And it's not like he can afford to just rest with the Falcons being in the thick of it for the division. He would be out there if he could.

Let's not act like Mccoy is a solid and reliable backup plan. Mccoy has 10.5 total points the last two weeks. The Redskins are the #3 defense against the run, and the last time Mccoy played Washington he scored 2 points. Goal line carries are going to Polk and Sproles - and I have no reason to believe that will change this week, especially given the fact that Mccoy has 4 total rushing tds through 15 weeks.
I'd rather play Harry Douglas than Mccoy. The worry is that Mccoy could break out this week, but given his lack of goal line work and the other factors I just mentioned, I have no reason to feel confident about it.
The matchups favor the Falcons WRs. I'll go with Julio or Harry.

mccoy is still 4th in the league in rushing yards and 2nd in the NFL in RZ carries. he still has a HAM sandwich game left in him me thinks
