Is it illegal to throw a snake at someone?

Spinoff from a reply in the mizzoufag thread, but could I get arrested if I threw a water moccasin at someone? What if they were in a confined space like a car? What if it made them swerve and wreck into a car full of drunk kids that just left TGI Fridays?

Maybe you would be ok if you just put it in the general vicinity and just sort of guided the snake to the victim.

I think it's illegal to assault someone else with an object.
Doesn't matter it it's alive or not, if the person was harmed I think something could be made of it.
Of course you'd have to probably be caught on video doing it.

Assuming you have good aim and it hits the target, Aggravated battery broa constrictor
If you suck at throwing, aggravated assault
Might also be attempted homocide.
If they die that's homocide or manslaughter
If they are a fireman, police officer or cab driver, could be first degree charge but they'd have to show specific intent to kill or inflict great bodily harm
If they get in wreck and someone dies, add felony murder charge.
Way too many permutations to say for sure....but go for it.

What if you stuck a knife in his mouth, blade out. Would that make the snake the primary aggressor and you secondary? That might clear you of any charges.

Throwing a poisonous snake at someone would probably result in a felonious assault at the least.
