Was climbing up my stand and I got a phone call. SIL was in a bad crash this morning going hunting. Dam cane truck with no running or tail lights.

Wow fish that is terrible! Prayers going up for sure. Hopefully that cane truck driver will be held responsible bc that is horseshite!

That's the farmers fault for the trailer. I can't believe we let them get on roads in the conditions some of them are in. Sorry to hear about that Fish. Prayers, OLOL has a good trauma staff.

Thanks guys. Thank God no one was with him. Passenger side was pushed all the way back against the bed of the truck. Was a 4 door truck at one time.

Boys first hunt was nice. He made it until 9 then got antsy so we went run some crawfish and catfish traps.
Saw lots of birds, but our farm was not on their agenda today...didn't want to work...knew where they wanted to be.
I did manage to knock down one snipe to keep both the boy and the dog happy
