I'm looking for a curbside esque burger tonight. I want brioche bread, quality meat, quality cheese (i.e. not American) and innovative toppings. What local joint or operating food truck would best satisfy my craving?

Go to Flemings now. Happy hour from 5-7 and the burger is the best in the city and I think its only $6 during happy hour

i'm fond of fat cow, but i can't for the life of me remember if they have brioche bread or not.

Second best burger in city. J. Alexander's is better IMO.
