Why would you be so sanctimonious about something you feel is a moral issue and then be an a-hole like this?

Do you also deny a one year old personhood?

No, I deny them citizenship until they're of majority age.

When a third grader is being escorted to the principal's office for disrupting the class, do you agree with him that he's being oppressed through censored by government agents?

This is an ethical dilemma. You cannot attribute trite arguments to make your case. I was merely pointing out how absurd your approach was.

Abortion should be legal, it just shouldn't be done. We shouldn't have to have a law for everything that simply shouldn't be done. The single most correlated factor to reduced birth rates is educating women. If we focused more of our resources on educating our youth, don't you think they would make better decisions in the future?

That's one thing that gets me about conservatives. Apparently they don't believe their ideology would stand up to scrutiny, otherwise they would be all for educating EVERYBODY so that they wouldn't keep electing people like Obama into office. They would rather spend their tax money incarcerating people than educating them.

Not in this country, pal.

It's age discrimination. It's Constitutional.

Perfectly put. I can understand why a lot of people have trouble wrapping their minds around it, but the fact is that you cannot legally enforce a law preventing abortion without heinously violating Liberty. Therefore, it is out of the ethical jurisdiction of Congress and everything beneath it.

I could see students at a Catholic university doing this, except for the fact that Catholic universities like Notre Dame no longer teach the Gospel of Jesus Christ, but have become servants of Political Correctness.

Would the Notre Dame women's basketball team have been praised for their courage if they had worn these t-shirts instead?

Look at his post and the flippant way he jokes about taking a life and you'll see why.

I didn't ask about him. I asked about you. If you can't take responsibility for the way you speak to people, who are you to be so sanctimonious about people taking "responsibility" for their own lives?

First off, you are sanctimonious lots here so pot meet kettle.
Second, do you equate making quips on TD with taking a life?

I didn't ask about me. I asked about you, and you don't want to talk about your own flaws. If you can't do that, who are you to judge others?

This is a flawed an illogical comment. Everyone has flaws and shortcomings and if that prevented people from making judgements, no one would ever be able to say anything about anyone or any situation.

Then why are you so eager to talk about the flaws of others yet afraid to address your own hypocrisy in this thread?
