The potential salary for a DC is rising.

Foster/Chavis/Venables/Whoever are gonna get more than Muschamp. Coordinator salaries pushing to $2 Million.

Not sure why it hasn't been named if it was going to happen with basically our entire defensive recruiting class hanging in the balance

How have you guys not already got a DC named yet? Wasn't A&M the 1st school to fire their DC? You would think they would have had sufficient time to get one on board by now seeing that your biggest recruiting needs should be on defense.

Pretty hard to hire a guy when you are running an offense on the other side of the ball that will kill his career.

Combine that with our need for a splash hire and you get the current cluster.

Good part is when Sumlin wiffs the hire the bigs money Ags who don't pay attention to recruiting will notice the rot. Maybe.

It's what happens when you hire a 6 Man offence coach.

A gift from God fell into his lap, and now that Baby Jesus is gone, the wheels are starting to come off the glory train.

Lol this was the problem from the beginning. That wish list is just unreasonable, they aren't getting any of those guys, especially not Chavis
