I want Cunningham extended for next year

His contract ends at the end of the season. He's a solid bench player and really helps our somewhat weak bench. Agree?

That's where things may get tricky. Wether we stay over or go under the cap this offseason I think we'll have enough money to resign him (either $2.7 million cap room exception if we get under the cap or the $2 million Bi Annual Exception if we stay over). The problem is if we go under we only have that cap room exception meaning we might have to choose between Cunningham and Rivers. If we stay over we should have an exception to keep Rivers with, but we'd need to hope $2 million BAE is enough for Cunningham. He's no shooter like Morrow so it should be, but you never know.
