Titans starting here as well.
Jacksonville gives up the most fantasy points to defenses per CBS fantasy football.In my league they have only given up less than 10 fantasy points two times this season.

You know the Titans are just as bad. Plus this game is in Jacksonville. PLUS Titans are starting a backup QB.
