Not a huge fan of LF as a kick returner. Sorry if already been discussed.

I have wondered why Chark has not gotten a shot.

Donte Jackson and Derrick Dillon. I can't see fournette back there next year with an extended role at rb.

Seems like Tyron Johnson would be a sure thing to return punts. His elusiveness would do wonders for our punt return game.

Dural almost won both duties. It would be safe to assume he will still be in the mix.

I've been wanting him at KR as well. He's going to have an uphill battle again with Dupre, Quinn, Dural, Diarse, and the possibility of Johnson all ahead at the WR position.

Newcomers I like hopefully Jackson, Dillon, Johnson.

Guys already here: Quinn, Chark, James, Adams, Voorhies.

No link (apologies), but have been told LF was promised he could return kicks to insure that he would sign with the Tigers.

I also thought Chark should have been given a shot and hopefully he will next season, as LF concentrates on being a great RB.

On a different thread, it was mentioned that Derrick Dillon would be a candidate to return KO's if LSU is able to sign him.

I agree with you about Fournette and I'll throw in T White also. Being incredibly kind, they are average as returners. Fournette doesn't have the change of direction and quickness to be a high caliber KR. T White has some phobia about coming up and fielding punts. Apparently, he never heard the Frank Broyles commandment on punts..."Keith {Jackson}, you can't let the ball hit the ground" Also, you risk high quality position players to be mediocre return guys. Sorry, this is stupid!

Chark was supposed to be a hot shot return guy out of HS. But to directly answer your question, this is not good to begin with to ask a TR FR to be the alternative. Special teams specialists should have been addressed in previous classes....oh, but wait, we had to sign TEs 9998, 9999, and 10000 to ensure Sean McDonough could utter that phrase on TV.

If we land Ugo Amadi, the return job is probably his. Even though he's a corner, he's a an absolute beast in the return game.
