Need to pick one defense! Miami or Arizona?

Miami is at home against Minn
Arizona at home against Seattle
I originally picked up Miami to play this week and yahoo has them scoring higher, but most websites are ranking Arizona's D higher this week.
Help?
Edit: Opponent has in Baltimore who is going up against a third string qb in Houston
