I don't know how you didn't notice it. It's been pretty widely known that conservatives are not happy about this. Maybe you are just hoping the conservatives are ok, so you can call them hypocrites, but i guarantee that all conservatives are pretty pissed off by the lack of backbone from the Republicans.

Especially when the Supreme Court may do it for you. If the Supreme Court somehow upholds it, you can always revisit it once the new Congress is in Session.
