WVU fans: Question about Shannon Dawson

I know there's a few WVU guys who post regularly over here so I figured I'd ask here (especially since Rantard gonna Rantard elsewhere). It looks like Stoops is set to hire Dawson to replace Neal Brown as OC. Just curious as to your thoughts on him. I know Holgorsen is primary playcaller but was just curious as to how much input he had and how he is as a recruiter.

He didn't really recruit. I got a JUCO Skyler Howard last year but I think that was his only primary guy in 3 years.
