This is world news I heard about 2 days ago.

I make a thread about some local Podunk Walmart fight and the whole board has already seen it.

Hmmm.

Children who escaped say the militants then went from one classroom to another, shooting indiscriminately.

One boy told reporters he had been with a group of 10 friends who tried to run away and hide. He was the only one to survive.
Others described seeing pupils lying dead in the corridors.

One local woman said her friend's daughter had escaped because her clothing was covered in blood from those around her and she had lain pretending to be dead.

Afghanistan should ban gun ownership, that will solve the problem.

Religion of peace, right?

You know they attacked other Muslims because they weren't radicalized right?

And of course there aren't protests, people like their heads to remain attached to their bodies.

I guess. Article says the school was run by the military and the attack was in response to recent military actions against the taliban.

So, Muslims attack other Muslims because they aren't Muslim enough? Makes sense.

Sounds like they're so fricked up they can't even tolerate others of their own religion

I don't understand the tactic by the Taliban here.

They want to become more popular, yet they do this.

I can't imagine something like this happening in America. Think Newtown x7 with ritualistic burnings of teachers done in front of the children before they are killed.

I wonder if this will be a catalyst for a stronger anti-radicalism sentiment than there currently is.

They attack people because God is SSOOOO great and they can't contain their faith and have to kill other people to show the world how great God is...

At least that's my take

The students and teachers were all Muslim. Heard Pakistani reporters say so on the news last night.

And yes it was retaliation because the military is anti-Taliban i.e. radicalism.

This shite is awful. I am abandoning thread because its so depressing. I could only watch like 5 minutes of the news last night.

Much like after Newtown.
