..other than cold beer?

Monday was some sort of bastardized Fran workout with burpees tossed in: 21-15-9 Thrusters, Burpees, Pull-up complex

Sucked, but I did manage to incorporate butterfly pull-ups to speed things up.

And then some 1 min row/1 min rest for 10 min on the rower.

Legs today..

Did back shite today, dl's pullups all kinds of other dumb back stuff.

yes, this week.

Last week it was 30, 12, 10, 8, 6, 4, 2

next month it'll be all

8x8

The loading pyramid stays the same (unless I'm stripping) the reps/sets change

I will warm up and get acclimated to heavier weights with a few low rep sets and roll right into 85-90% of my latest max for 3 sets of 4-6 reps.

..and then roll right into heavy incline barbell/dumbbell sets.

When LA Fitness opens up, they have open ended contracts. You pay the first and last month and you can cancel at anytime.

Pay $60-$70 for 2 months and immediately cancel. You have a 2-month membership.

Doing 5-3-1. On wave 3 so today I have Squats 1x 5 75% 1x3 85% 1xAMAP 95%. Will repeat same thing on Thursday and Saturday with OH Press and Deadlift.

Assistant lifts are Pullups 1xAMAP and Weighted Pushups 1xAMAP. I do those every lift.

Probably a few push-ups, maybe 5 sets of 20, if I don't get too drunk right after work

Nice... I used to pause for 5 seconds when I was training for a powerlifting meet.
I consider myself too old to compete at that high level now (I'm 31).
Keep up the nice work...

Yeah I read that too. Are you gonna plagiarize the whole thing for us? Do you have any thoughts of your own on this matter? Is that your thing? You come into a forum, you copy some obscure passage and then paste it off as your own idea just to impress some mods and neg my friend? See the sad thing about a guy like you is that in 50 years you're gonna start doing some thinking on your own and you're gonna come up with the fact that there are two certainties in life: One, don't do that. And two, you dropped $150 on some ****in’ Cell Tech which you could have got for $10.50 in generic brand creatine.
