After reps one guy would drop his weights and start hollaring WHOOOOOOOOOO! WHOOOOOOOO! Annoyed the hell out of me. I started mocking him each time he did it. He would look around and he eventually stopped.

The gallon water jug people that fill it up from the drinking fountain. First of all, it takes forever to fill up that way. Secondly, your jug is going to be room temperature in 5 minutes, anyway. Go fill it up from the sink and don't take all the cold water from the rest of us.

Of all the annoying shite that happens at a gym, someone getting spotted on a smith machine is the one that gets to you the most? Not the idiots that weigh 275 lbs and chalk up to deadlift only 315 lbs and scream like their a-holes are on fire while doing it? Not the guy that "circuit trains" on 5 different selectorized machines at the same time? Not the big fat hairy as shite guy that wears muscle shirts and sweats all over everything but refuses to wipe it down? Not the old men walking around the showers with their balls hanging to the floor and no towel? Not the guy that starts using a bench in front of the dumbbell rack then proceeds to have a 10 min conversation in between every set after that?

On point!

I finally hit my target deadlift of 585 for a single that I have been working up to for about 3 months. It's almost been a mind block putting on 6 plates and getting a full lock out. I grunted a little.

I chuckle reading these threads. My biggest pet peeve is the half reppers, especially on squats.

I'm about to head over now with my gallon jug of water and I'm ready to curl in the squat rack, utilize 15 different machines in an epic 30 min superset, and then relax in the communal hot tub bare-arse naked allowing my balls to feel the jacuzzi bubbles for another 30 min.

I have no problem with grunting unless you are doing it unnecessarily. sometimes if you are going hard you are going to grunt

If a guy is dead lifting 225 yeah that's a huge problem. But once you get into that 750 range grunting is acceptable

I try to hold it in as best as I can but I let out minor grunts sometimes when going hard on leg press trying to squeeze out a few more reps
