Jesus.

Full of hate for that guy.

Was just asked if he was better than the bottom 10 qbs in the league, and there was silence.

Ray Ray making up words of a negative connotation against my boy.

Dilfer green with envy over the fact that Jay has more talent than he'd ever had.

Steve Young the only dude sticking up for him.

Do these dudes hate Jay because maybe he just doesn't take football that seriously?

Chicago is a dumpster fire by any definition, and Cutty hasn't played nearly as well as his contract dictates, but c'mon man! He was sacked 7 times, their D was awful, and forte couldn't buy a hole behind that line. The offensive coordinator talked shite about Cutty to a reporter this week and had to apologize to the team.

Is it all on my boy's shoulders, or does he blame need to be spread?

There is plenty of blame to go to Cutler. But he has become a scapegoat for lazy sports 'analysts.'

Did you watch just before the game started? Gruden pointed out how much of that is Cutler's fault. Dude sucks because he don't caaaarrrreeee.

Yeah, his DGAF quotient was so high, I half expected him to turn around and start trying to throw passes behind his back in the 4th.

I don't know, I mean the dude took off running and put his head down for a good gain in the second half instead of limp wristing another INT so I mean, he shows flashes of almost caring

Right, and I get that.

But, Forte has not been running AT ALL, and their D is awful.

I understand that he has some blame, but why aren't they speaking about all the factors, rather than just Cutty.

Hes never been afraid to take a hit or get hit. I can't argue with the turnovers, but the whole 'he looks like he doesn't care thing' is bullshite. People are basing that off of his facial expression? So stupid

Did the media actually boycott Cutler or something?

The weird thing is that Cutler's QB rating and completion percentage are both higher this year than at any other point in his career.

Uh, what? Steve young is actually killing Cutler more than anyone because Trestman is his boy. But to be honest, Cutler is earning his criticisms this year, I've defended him in the past but not anymore.

I was talking to my wife and didn't hear the bashing from the espn crew, but what little I could barely hear sounded like Ray Lewis saying that you can't win with a qb that doesn't care. Even Gruden pointed that out with the "huddle" talk during the game. The qb HAS to be a leader on the field and on the sidelines. Cutler's attitude just won't work at his position. The qb can't be aloof.

I said the same thing. Warranted or not, it was strange to see 20 minutes of just straight cutler bashing

Not all of the Bears' issues are JC's fault, but he's definitely been a part of the problem with his play. He was bad last night certainly.

They are like 26th rushing and 11th passing this season before last night.

I think the blame should shift a little bit. And now his star WR is out.

Cutler on the season:

9th in yds
8th in TDs

last in INTs
last in fumbles

the last 2 can be attributed to how pathetic his offensive line is. Jay is not the Bears problem
